WBA Partner Program Terms
Effective: April 20, 2023.
These terms (the “Partner Program Terms”) govern We-Blogs Africa (“WBA”) partner program (“Partner Program”). If you apply, meet the eligibility criteria, and are accepted into WBA Partner Program, you can put a story from your user account behind Doactalk’s paywall (“locking” a story) and receive revenue based on its performance among Doactalk members or earn 50% from advertisement place on your contents. Additionally, you can receive additional revenue if a Doactalk user signs up for a paid fan subscription from your unique author landing page or if the user signs up for a paid Doactalk monthly subscription from the offer page displayed immediately below your Doactalk’s account.
By participating in the Partner Program, you agree to these Partner Program Terms, as well as Doactalk’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules, and all other terms and conditions that apply to the Doactalk website, mobile applications, and any other Doactalk service or product (collectively, the “Terms”). Please read the Partner Program Terms carefully. If you don’t understand them, or don’t accept any part of them, then you can’t participate in the Partner Program. Your acceptance of WBA Partner Program Terms forms a binding agreement between you and Doactalk and shows your intent to be bound by them.
Eligibility & Application
To participate in the Partner Program, you must meet the Eligibility Requirements, apply, and be accepted into the Partner Program. We-Blogs Africa reserves the right to admit authors to the Partner Program at Doactalk’s sole discretion. Eligibility requirements are subject to change.
WBA Partner Program pays authors 50% of every earning made on their contents from readers (active engagements) directly to their bank account or wallet.
WBA partner earnings are calculated based on visitors reading time and engagements.
The more time Doactalk members and visitors spend reading your content with engagement, the more money you earn.

The program doesn't pay for views and just publications with less than 1,000 engagements.
Authors with 100+ followers and 1,000+ engagements are eligible to earn from the WBA Partner Program.
Once you hit minimum of 100+ followers and 1,000+ engagements, you will automatically be added to WBA Partner Program. You will get the notification via your provided email address during your registration; [if you didn't see the message in your INBOX, check your SPAM]. All will be sent to your registered email address.
To earn quickly for writing on Doactalk. Create engaging contents, ask readers to follow you at the ending of your contents. You can share your contents from Doactalk to other platforms to grow more engagements as to boost your earning at the end of every month.
Authors must be active in publishing daily, with minimum three (3) engaging contents and zero maximum weekly.
WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CLOSED
Yes, authors whose accounts are inactive for the period of 6-months. You will get notify via the email address provided before your account will be CLOSED.
To avoid account closure, make at least 3 posts weekly on Doactalk.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY PAYMENT
Payment are made on 27-28 (2 days) of every month. The WBA Partner Program pays authors monthly, not weekly neither daily.
You will receive notification via your registered email address to provide your banking details (wire transfer). Before the payment schedule dates for you to receive your earning.
IS THE PROGRAM ACTIVE IN EVERY COUNTRY

WBA Partner Program only available for Nigerians or those living in Nigeria.
Changes or Discontinuation of Partner Program
We-Blogs Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program. We-Blogs Africa will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination. We-Blogs Africa may change these Partner Program Terms from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review this page for the most up-to-date version.
Taxes
If required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in connection with your participation in the Partner Program. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest.
Governing Law & Forum
The governing law, mandatory forum, and dispute resolution provisions of Doactalk’s Terms of Service also apply to these Partner Program Terms and any dispute arising under them.
Miscellaneous
You participate in the Partner Program at your own risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in connection with the Partner Program, any breach of your obligations under the Partner Program Terms, and for the consequences of any such breach.
Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these Partner Program Terms have the meanings given to them in Doactalk’s Terms of Service. Except as modified by these Partner Program Terms, Doactalk’s Terms of Service remain in effect. We-Blogs Africa’s right to modify or revise the Terms of Service also applies to these Partner Program Terms.
