NOODLES WITH VEGGIES, BEEF AND BOILED EGGS

_vegetables(green beans, carrots, tomato, peas)
•Scrape, wash and chop your veggies of choice.
•Wash and slice your tomatoes and peppers and onions and set aside.
Step 1: You can either parboil the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes or soak it with hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Then drain the water from the noodles and set aside.
Step 2: Heat your vegetable oil on medium heat, until it is hot, then fry your onions, garlic and ginger, until the onions turn translucent. Then add your chopped tomatoes, peppers, veggies of choice, beef and stir-fry to avoid burning for 3 minutes on medium-heat.
Step 3: Add in your spices of choice, and a pinch of salt and continue stir-frying.
Step 4: Transfer your indomie noodles on the veggies sauce and stir-fry on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add little meat stock/water, reduce the heat to low heat and cook until the noodles are fluffy.
Step 5: Test for your seasoning and readjust if necessary. Bring it down from heat and your indomie noodles is ready.
