Self-growth happens when we are willing to learn and improve. When we feel we are always right in what we do and perfect in every way, we stunt our growth.
Some people feel they are so perfect that nothing needs improvement. Even when they are wrong, they dismiss their mistakes and blame others. Such people limit their abilities because growth doesn't happen unless one analyses and improves them.
Feel best about yourself, but be willing to accept your shortcoming and work on them so you can keep improving yourself.
